Nick Williams
Since founding the business, Nick has partnered with and placed many of the industry’s leading executives and still invests his time & energy into working closely with talent at all levels.
Nick is the founder and owner of the Williams Report. He is a regular keynote speaker at agency conferences, has been Agency of the Year judge for the Mumbrella Awards since their inception, a long term EFFIE judge and contributor to countless agency publications.
Nick’s advertising career spanned two agencies and three continents taking him from London to Chicago and then to Sydney, where he worked as a Group Account Director and on the senior management team at Leo Burnett as New Business Director.
Nick worked with clients such as McDonalds, Diageo, Ford, Heineken, Woolworths, P&G and Heinz winning Gold & Silver Lions at Cannes for John West, McDonalds, Ski Yoghurt, Heineken and Jose Cuervo Tequila.
During his time at Leo Burnett Sydney, the agency twice won Agency of the Year Awards and in less than a year as New Business Director, the agency won more business than in the previous 4 years combined!
Nick lives on the Northern Beaches with his wife and three children. He is a fitness fanatic and is at least partially addicted to playing poker
